Welcome to the Canadian Pediatric Cardiology Association web site. Since 1971, our Association regroups physicians and surgeons involved in the care, research and teaching of heart diseases in foetus, infant, children and young adult.

This site first goal is to link health care professionals by offering different resources and allowing exchanges of information among physicians and surgeons of the Canadian community involved in the field of Pediatric Cardiology. By example, the section on telemedicine allows us to share the development of a unique Canadian network in teleformation. By this network, students, trainees and physicians in Pediatric Cardiology can assist in real time at different teaching sessions from anywhere in Canada or even elsewhere.

By this site, we also desire to enlarge the awareness and collaboration with other health care professionals who share the same interests and objectives. Finally, we also aim to increase the population awareness not only on child heart disease but also on resources available in Pediatric Cardiology in Canada.
